Rolled fondant is a popular choice for wedding cakes, the porcelain-smooth finish of rolled fondant creates a base for a variety of decorations and embellishments that you can only get with fondant, and can keep a cake fresh longer (even in warm weather) by protecting it from air exposure. The best finish for beach weddings.

So fondant is great for amazing wedding cake designs, but does it taste good?
Most bakeries use a commercially manufactured preservative that gives their fondant artificial taste and texture. We often hear it is chewy I don't want to chew my frosting.

The good news is we don't use a
prepackaged fondant!
We make all our own fondant fresh every time for every cake. Plus we use butter cream or your favorite frosting to your cake then add the fondant over the top to create the beautiful finish and you get the wonderful classic butter cream too. Using fresh ingredients, there is no need for the artificial tasting preservatives and our fondant melts in your mouth no chewing........................... and chewing and chewing.
