Sugar Dough that is rolled out like a pie crust and placed over a lightly frosted cake. Created an incredibly smooth porcelain finish. Fondant can be tinted to a variety of colors and many flavors may also be added.
Marzipan
Sugar Dough made from ground almonds. Much like fondant but superior flavor and texture priced a bit more than fondant. Marzipan has a natural off-white Finnish.
Butter Cream
Classic frosting used in most wedding cakes. Sweet and rich made with butter or shortening vanilla and flavorings. Butter cream is a great favorite for most guests.May be tinted to a variety of colors and many flavors may also be added.
Whipped Cream
Light, refreshing and not too sweet. Makes a great lightly decorated cake. Good for cool days or in air conditioning only. May be tinted to a variety of colors and many flavors may also be added.
German Butter Cream
Made from cream and butter rich but less sweet than traditional butter cream. Can be used when you want something more than whipped cream but less sweet than butter cream
Marzifon
The perfect marriage of fondant's overall look with the flavor and texture more like marzipan.
